Application Instructions

1. Select Program:

   • QuarkNet REHS

2. Select Application Type:

   • Undergraduate (even though you are a high school student)

3. Click on 'Apply for Summer'

4. Complete Basic Information:

   • In the Date of Birth field, please enter mm/dd/yyyy (month/date/year)

5. Complete Emergency Contact

6. Complete Past College Information

   • On the College Information page, you can enter the name of your high school and leave the dates and degree information blank

7. Review your application

8. Submit your application
