Application Instructions

1. Select Program:

   • ND Vision

2. Select Application Type:

   • Undergraduate (if you haven't received your degree and will not receive your degree in May/June)

   • Graduate (if you have received your degree or will receive it in May/June)

3. Select Appropriate Courses:

   • THEO 30025 Facilitating Growth in Faith (This required course will automatically populate in the application)

   • THEO 30053 Sharing in God's Pedagogy (This required course will automatically populate in the application)

   • Select THEO 20894 The Catholic Imagination (This is not a required course for all students; therefore, only select it if necessary) 

     • Click on 'Add Class'

4. Click on 'Apply for Summer'

5. Complete Basic Information:

   • In the Date of Birth field, please enter mm/dd/yyyy (month/date/year)

6. Complete Emergency Contact

7. Complete Past College Information

   • On the College Information page, you can enter your current institution and leave the dates and degree information blank

8. Review your application

9. Submit your application
