If you are admitted and confirmed as a summer session student and have an active Notre Dame e-mail address you are considered eligible to apply for housing. Housing for spouses and children is not available in the summer.
The Summer 2018 Housing Application will be available in starting April 16th. Steps to create your housing application can be found at http://housing.nd.edu/summer/students/apply-for-housing/.
When you create your 2018 Summer Session Application, you will be asked to enter your scheduled arrival date and scheduled departure date. If your dates change after you create your application, we ask that you e-mail our office at email@example.com. Keep in mind you are only allowed to arrive 24 hours prior to the beginning of your summer session and you must depart 24 hours after your session ends. You will also not be able to check in to your summer residence hall until 4:00 PM. You must enter your dates for the application to be complete.
Housing Assignment Notification:
Housing assignments will be sent out via e-mail (Notre Dame email address only) once they are complete. You may also log in to inside.nd.edu at that time to view your room and roommate information.
How to Cancel Your Summer Housing:
If your plans change and you need to cancel your summer application and or assignment, please e-mail your request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Fees or penalties may apply for students who cancel their summer session housing.

2018 Housing Application
The Summer 2018 on-campus housing application will be available April 15.
Students doing research should check with their hiring department before filling out an application as housing arrangements might have already been made.
